Take arugampul and soak in water for 5-10 minutes and rinse well.

Drain the water and in a blender add arugampul and half cup boiled water and blend well.

Dilute the juice by adding 100 ml of boiled water.

Consume about 50 ml of arugampul juice twice daily to promote overall health and well-being.
